Our story

Coffee is in our DNA.

Our founder, Orit Mohammed, is from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, and her grandparents grew it, like their families before them. In 2012 Orit turned that love into Boon Coffee, a speciality roaster and supplier here in the UAE. We bring in coffee from all over Ethiopia, plus a few origins from other countries, and choose each one with the same care.
