REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL
Due to the nature of the products being sold refunds are not possible. Exchanges must be made within 14 days. The product MUST remain in its original packaging and MUST be unopened. Clients will be liable to pay for delivery on exchanges. No refunds or exchanges on Sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES
We will exchange items within 14 days only if products have been unopened and remain in the original packages. If you need to exchange send us an email at info@booncoffee.com and bring your item to your local Boon Coffee store.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Boon Coffee Head Office, Ground Floor, 1 – Lake Plaza, Cluster T Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over AED250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website. 

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

SHIPPING
Boon Coffee only ships to addresses within Dubai. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Boon Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
